# Announce to a Group of Clubs

Send one announcement to several clubs at once instead of posting to each club separately.

1. Go to the **Announcements** page and click **+ New Announcement**
2. Under **Type**, select **Group of clubs**
3. Select each club you want to include. You can add as many as you need, and remove one by clicking the **x** on its tag
4. Under **Send to**, choose who receives it
5. Write your **Subject** and **Message**
6. Click **Post**.

### Choosing who receives it

**Club Leaders & Faculty Advisors only** sends to the leaders and faculty advisors of each club you selected. Use this for reminders about renewals, budgets, or leader meetings.

**Everyone** sends to all members of each club you selected, including interested members.

|| Announcements to a group of clubs are sent by email and appear on the Club Hub announcement feed, the same as any other announcement.
