# Collecting Student Feedback

# Overview

The Feedback Form lets administrators collect end-of-term responses from students about their overall club experience and about each club they belong to. Administrators can set up a feedback session through their settings, and all students will get an email to fill out the feedback form.
# Turning Feedback Collection On

The Club Feedback setting is found in **Settings → Club Settings.**

The feedback form has two sections:

**Section A — School-level rating**
At the top of the form, students rate their overall experience of clubs at your school on a scale of **1 to 10**. Below the rating, an open-text field invites them to elaborate — what worked, what didn't, and anything they'd like the school to know.

**Section B — Per-club questions**
Below the school section, the form lists each club the student is a member of. For every club, the student answers a **Yes / No** question about their experience, followed by open-text fields covering what they enjoyed, what they would change, and their thoughts on the club's leadership. This block repeats for every club the student belongs to.

A confirmation screen will appear thanking them for their feedback. Each student can only submit the form once per feedback window.

# Conclusion

We hope this feature will provide you with actionable insight into your school's club program. Use the school-level ratings to get a quick pulse on the program overall, and pay close attention to the elaboration text for any unusually low or high scores — these often contain the most actionable comments. The submission date column can help you track response volume over time and decide when to send a reminder or close the window.
