How to Connect Your Club Hub Account to Google Calendar

Connecting your Club Hub account to Google Calendar automatically syncs all events you register for directly to your personal calendar. This ensures you never miss a club meeting, event, or activity!

Prerequisites

• A Google account (preferably your school email)
• An active Club Hub account

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access Your Settings

• On Desktop: Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left sidebar
• On Mobile: Tap the gear icon in the top right corner

2. Connect Your Google Account

1. Scroll down to the Connect Account section
2. Click Connect to Google Calendar
3. Select your school email account from the list of Google accounts
4. Click Allow to grant Club Hub permission to access your calendar

What Gets Synced?

• All Club Hub events you register for
• Meeting times and locations
• Event descriptions and details
• Updates to event times or cancellations

Alternative: Adding Individual Events

If you prefer not to connect your full account, you can add individual events to your calendar:

1. Go to any event page in Club Hub
2. Click Add to Calendar
3. Select Google Calendar
4. Save the event in your calendar app

Troubleshooting

Q: I don't see my events in Google Calendar

• Make sure you selected the correct Google account when connecting
• Check that you've actually registered for the events in Club Hub
• Allow up to 15 minutes for sync to complete

Q: Can I disconnect Google Calendar later?

• Yes! Go back to Settings > Connect Account and click "Disconnect" next to Google Calendar

Q: Will this sync all club events or just mine?

• Only events you've registered for will appear in your personal Google Calendar
