# Create Club Events on a Rotation Day

If your school uses rotation days, you can create a meeting for a rotation and Club Hub will schedule it on every upcoming date of that rotation.

## Before you start

Club leaders, faculty advisors and school administrators can do this. Faculty advisors already have club leader permissions in the clubs they advise, so there is nothing extra to set up.

Your school administrator needs to have turned on rotation event creation. If you do not see the rotation question described below, ask them to check it.

## Create the meetings

1. Go to **Events** and click **Create Event**.
2. At **Would you like to create this event based on a club rotation or a specific date?** choose **Club rotation**.
3. Under **Rotation**, select one or more rotations.
4. Read the line underneath. It tells you how many meetings will be created and the dates they run between.
5. Fill in **Club**, **Name**, **Time** and the rest of the form as usual.
6. Click **Create Event**.

The date picker and the repeating event options disappear in rotation mode, because the dates come from your school's rotation schedule. The Create Event button stays greyed out until you pick a rotation.

## What to expect

Meetings are created on every upcoming date of the rotations you picked, and dates that have already passed are skipped.

You can edit or delete any meeting afterwards. When you do, Club Hub asks whether to apply the change to this meeting, to this and the following meetings, or to all of them.

|| If you pick two rotations that share a date, you get two meetings on that day, and the second one is saved without a room. Delete the one you do not need.

## Where rotation days are shown

Rotation names appear under the date on the main school calendar on the web. Your club calendar and the mobile app do not show them yet.

If a rotation is missing from the list, it has no upcoming dates in your school's schedule. Ask your administrator to send Club Hub an updated schedule.
