# No Phone Club Fair Kiosk

# Using the Club Fair Kiosk Feature
## Overview
As more schools adopt no-phone policies during school hours, Club Hub created the **Club Fair Kiosk** feature to ensure all students can still enjoy a seamless club fair experience. With this feature, each club table can have a shared device (laptop or tablet) where students enter their school email to join or express interest in a club.

This creates an inclusive, digital sign-up process without the need for QR codes or personal mobile devices.


## Club Leaders and Faculty Advisors: Launching the Kiosk
Club leaders and faculty advisors can easily launch the kiosk from the club page.
1. Navigate to your **club page**.
2. Click the **three dots** next to the club name.
3. Select **Launch Kiosk Mode** from the dropdown menu
4. The kiosk will open in a **separate browser tab** in full-page mode.

## Student Sign-up Flow
Once the kiosk is open, students can quickly sign up using their school email:
1. Student enters their **school email**.
2. Clicks **Join Now!**

The kiosk will then process the sign-up:

* **No Club Hub Account (but valid school domain)** – Student receives an email invitation to join Club Hub. Notifications are displayed clearly for 5 seconds, and the kiosk automatically resets for the next student.

## Requirements
* Each club fair table must have a **dedicated device** (laptop or tablet).
* Internet connection is required for real-time sign-ups.
* Students must use their **official school email** to join.
