How to Add Promotional Materials Club Pages

Club pages can showcase promotional materials to help attract new members and provide information about club activities.

Adding Promotional Videos

Step 1: Prepare Your Video

• Upload your video to YouTube (videos must be hosted on YouTube)
• Make sure the video visibility on YouTube is set to Unlisted
• Copy the YouTube video URL

Step 2: Add Video to Club Page

• Navigate to your Club Page
• Select the club you want to update
• Click the three dots icon
• Select Edit Settings from the drop down menu
• Scroll to the Media section
• Paste the YouTube URL into the Promotional Video field
• Save your changes

Step 3: Verify Video Display

• Visit the club's public page to confirm the video appears correctly
• Test that the video plays properly for students browsing clubs

Adding Promotional Flier

Step 1: Prepare Your Images

• Ensure images are in common formats (JPG, PNG, GIF)
• Optimize file sizes for web viewing
• Use clear, high-quality images that represent your club well

Step 2: Upload to Club Page

• Go to Club Settings for the specific club
• Look for "Club Images" or "Promotional Images" section
• Click "Upload Image" or "Add Photo"
• Select your flier/image file from your computer
• Add a caption or description if available
• Save your changes

Troubleshooting

• Video not displaying: Verify YouTube URL is correct and video is Unlisted
• Image upload fails: Check file size and format requirements
• Changes not saving: Ensure you have proper club management permissions
• Old content persisting: Clear browser cache or contact support
