How to take attendance
Club leaders and faculty advisors of a club can take attendance during their event with Club Hub. The key benefit of tracking attendance on Club Hub is that you can access all the past event information in one place. We show you how often each member attended your meetings. There are two methods of taking attendance. Attendance QR Code You can take attendance of everyone in your event in seconds. We've added some helpful tools to help clubs where attendance is tracked and required. Club leaders, faculty advisors, and administrators can see the events that a member attended and the events that a member missed. Update Club Settings To access the advanced attendance tracking features for your club, select the club, click on the button with three dots in the top right corner, and edit settings. If your school uses rotation days, you can create a meeting for a rotation and Club Hub will schedule it on every upcoming date of that rotation.
