Bulk Remove Club Members
Need to clean up a club roster? You can remove members in bulk directly from any club page.
Select a club and click on the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner. Select "Remove all students."
A popup will appear with three options:
- Remove club leaders — Removes all club leaders from the club. The number in parentheses shows how many will be affected.
- Remove members — Removes all regular members from the club.
- Remove members with 0 attendance — Removes only members who have not attended any events. This is useful for cleaning up rosters without affecting active participants.
Check one or more boxes depending on what you want to do, then click Remove to confirm. Click No to cancel.
Tip: The "Remove members with 0 attendance" option is great for end-of-year roster cleanup. It lets you keep students who have actually participated while removing those who signed up but never showed.
