Bulk Remove Club Members

Remove a whole group of students from a club in one step. This is most useful at the end of the year, when you are clearing last year's rosters.

Remove members in bulk

  1. Open the club.
  2. Click the three dots () in the top right corner.
  3. Select Remove all students.
  4. Check the boxes for the groups you want to remove.
  5. Click Remove.

The number next to each option shows how many people it will affect:

  • Remove club leaders
  • Remove members
  • Remove members with 0 attendance: only members with no attendance in the school year you select
  • Remove interested members: students who marked interest but never joined

Skip the removal email

By default, Club Hub emails each person to let them know they have been removed from a club.

Tick Don't notify removed members by email to skip that email. It applies to all four options.

Choosing the attendance year

The dropdown sets which school year attendance is measured against. It defaults to the most recently completed year, which is what you want for a start of year cleanup. The affected count updates when you change it.

Removing a member does not delete anything. The membership is marked inactive and attendance history stays intact, so a removal can be reversed. The email cannot be taken back, so set the notification checkbox before a large cleanup.
