Invite Users

Inviting users is how administrators get all the students and faculty in your school to use Club Hub.

All users can now be invited from one place. From your administrator dashboard, select the "Users" page. Then on the top right corner click on "Invite User."


There are four ways to invite your users to use Club Hub

Join Link



You can click "Join Link" to copy the link to Club Hub's sign up. You can share this link in an email to the whole school. This works for inviting students and faculty, but does not work to invite administrators and college or academic advisors.

QR Code



You can access a QR code and share it with users during an assembly or hang it around the school walls. This works for inviting students and faculty, but does not work to invite administrators and college or academic advisors.

Individual Email Invite



You can send an individual invite to a user you want to invite. This is best if you are trying to invite other administrators and college or academic advisors. You can also use this to invite individual students and faculty.

Bulk Email Invite (NEW)



You can upload a list of all the students in your school with their emails and Club Hub will send them an invitation to create their account. If they already have an account, they won't be notified.


View Invitations



You can see all the invitations sent out on the Users page by selecting "Not signed up"


Reminders



You can remind individual users to accept their invitation or every user who hasn't yet created an account to accept their invitation.
