Share Events with the Whole School

Hosting a fundraiser or large event that’s sponsored by a club but open to the entire school? Administrators can share select events with the full school by sending an announcement directly from the event page.

Promote Event to the School


  1. Navigate to the event you want to promote.
  2. Click the three dots next to the event name.
  3. Select Share with School.!Share event with school
  4. Click Confirm to send the announcement, or preview the email by sending it to yourself first.

Sharing events with the entire school helps increase visibility, boost attendance, and ensure important opportunities don’t get missed. By promoting key events directly from the event page, administrators can keep school-wide communication clear, timely, and organized.
