Track Club Events to Pay Faculty Advisors
You can use Club Hub to track each club's events to determine how many events you need to pay a faculty advisor for. After an event, the faculty advisor will receive an email to confirm that the event took place, and administrators will see a table with each club and the number of confirmed events.
Reach out to Ilan Puterman to start using this feature.
When the event ends, the faculty advisor will receive an email containing the event details that asks them to confirm that the event happened. They will need to click a button to see the event on Club Hub:

They will be able to review the attendance, add post-event information, and, at the bottom, confirm whether the meeting happened:

If the faculty advisor selects "Yes", then the event is confirmed and administrators can see it.
If the faculty advisor selects "No, remove event," the event will be deleted and will not count toward the club's total number of meetings.
As an administrator, you need to make sure that every club has a faculty advisor. If the club doesn't have a faculty advisor, then no one will get notified to confirm the event.
To check if a club has a faculty advisor, select the club and go to the members page. Make sure there is a member with the role of "Faculty Advisor." If there isn't one, you can invite a faculty by clicking "Invite Members," selecting "Send Invitation," and then choosing "Faculty Advisor"

As an administrator, you can also view a past event that has not yet been confirmed and complete the confirmation (select that it met or delete the event).
As an administrator, you have access to detailed reporting on all the clubs and their confirmed meetings. You will see a new page with the following icon:

On this page, you can search all of your approved clubs and see the faculty advisor, number of confirmed events, and number of unconfirmed events (past events that still need to be confirmed).

You can click on a specific club to view all the confirmed events and unconfirmed events. You can also filter for a specific date that matches your semester so you know how much to pay a faculty advisor.

You can select any event to view the attendance records and post-event information within this view.
