Administrator Onboarding:

Club Hub Onboarding Process: This video walks you through onboarding. It provides a timeline from account setup to the club fair and different strategies and suggestions.

Club Leader Onboarding:

Sign-up Email Template: This is an email you can send to your club leaders before or after the club leaders meeting. The email introduces Club Hub by explaining the key benefits to club leaders and the first steps to get started.

Club Leader Welcome Video: This is a quick intro to Club Hub. It outlines how to sign up, explore clubs, create clubs, and create events. You can share this during the club leaders meeting or in the email.

Faculty Advisor Onboarding:

Faculty Welcome Video: This video introduces Club Hub to faculty advisors by explaining how Club Hub is geared to different levels of involvement from faculty advisors. It walks faculty through signup, club and event creation, and the college and academic advisor feature.

Student Body Onboarding:

Sign-up Email Template: This is an email you can send to your entire student body (not club leaders) before the club fair. The email explains how Club Hub makes it easier for students to join, explore, and participate in clubs and outlines the first steps to get started.

IT Setup:

IT Instructions: Before inviting students it is important to ensure that Club Hub works with your technology ecosystem. To ensure that Club Hub email notifications sent to students don't end up in the Junk folder and to set up Google or Microsoft Sign-In, it is essential that you share the attached PDF of instructions with your IT team (several school IT directors said it was very easy to complete). It contains simple instructions from Microsoft and Google.
