Collecting Student Feedback

Overview

The Feedback Form lets administrators collect end-of-term responses from students about their overall club experience and about each club they belong to. Administrators can set up a feedback session through their settings, and all students will get an email to fill out the feedback form.

Turning Feedback Collection On

The Club Feedback setting is found in Settings → Club Settings.

  1. Toggle Club Feedback to On.
  2. Click Send Feedback to Students to notify all students by email.

What Students See

Students will receive an email asking them to participate in the feedback collection. Once they click the Participate button, they will be directed to the form to complete their form.

The feedback form has two sections:

Section A — School-level rating

At the top of the form, students rate their overall experience of clubs at your school on a scale of 1 to 10. Below the rating, an open-text field invites them to elaborate — what worked, what didn't, and anything they'd like the school to know.

Section B — Per-club questions

Below the school section, the form lists each club the student is a member of. For every club, the student answers a Yes / No question about their experience, followed by open-text fields covering what they enjoyed, what they would change, and their thoughts on the club's leadership. This block repeats for every club the student belongs to.

e students have completed all sections, they click Send to submit the form. A confirmation screen will appear thanking them for their feedback. Each student can only submit the form once per feedback window.

Reviewing School-wide Responses: School Administrators

All completed forms are stored in the **Feedback Dashboard **which you can locate using the clipboard icon on the left-hand navigation menu.

There are two views:

  • School Data — One row per student submission, showing the student's name, their school-level rating, written comments, and submission date.

  • Clubs Data — One row per club per student, showing the per-club responses.

Note: to review the short answer response on the Clubs Data, click on the Expand all responses button in the top right corner of the dashboard.

Reviewing Club-level Responses: Club Leaders and Faculty Advisors

Club Leaders and Faculty Advisors can view feedback responses for their club directly from the club page.

  1. Navigate to the Club Page and select the relevant club.
  2. Select the Feedback tab.
  3. Review responses in the table (to view short answer responses, click on the Expand all responses button).

Conclusion

We hope this feature will provide you with actionable insight into your school's club program. Use the school-level ratings to get a quick pulse on the program overall, and pay close attention to the elaboration text for any unusually low or high scores — these often contain the most actionable comments. The submission date column can help you track response volume over time and decide when to send a reminder or close the window.
