It is incredibly helpful for the college and academic advisors to view their students' involvement in clubs during their four years in high school. Advisors can encourage freshmen to join more clubs. Also, advisors can quickly understand upperclassmen club involvement.

Inviting College & Academic Advisors

Under settings, select "Manage School Admins." Then select Invite, and for select admin type choose "College or Academic Advisor". The faculty member will receive an email notification with a link to sign up.

Role Access

College & Academic Advisors can view all club events, messages, and members. However, they can't modify any information unless they are added as a club leader in a specific club.

Advisory Group

College & Academic Advisors can see all the students in the school by selecting the Users tab. They can add students to their advisor group, and can view all their students under the "My Advisory" tab.



When Advisors click on a student's profile, they can see all the memberships the student has had since they created their account. They can view all the clubs the student is part of or if they left the club. They can also see how many meetings a student attended each year and which clubs they joined each year.
