Graduate Seniors

Club Hub will automatically mark all of the students in the graduating class as graduated.


What This Means for Seniors


  • Seniors will stop getting emailed by Club Hub
  • Seniors will no longer have active memberships in any clubs
  • Seniors will not be able to login and access Club Hub
  • Seniors will be notified and asked to update their email


What This Means for Administrators


  • You will still be able to access each graduating senior's profile, forever!
  • You will see the memberships that each student had before they graduated as well as any clubs they left while they were students.
  • You can message alumni through the make announcement button on the announcement page and selecting the alumni group.


To graduate seniors, go to Settings and click the Graduate Seniors tab.

We recommend that administrators first instruct the graduating club leaders to update the roles of the Juniors who will lead the club. If this information is not yet known, you can continue with graduating the seniors from Club Hub and then any administrator or faculty advisor can add the new club leaders later.
