Mobile App Sign In Solution

In some schools, students may experience difficulties using Google or Microsoft for account creation or login due to advanced security authentication systems like two-factor authentication (2FA) or Okta.


We have implemented a solution to ensure students can still access Club Hub's mobile app seamlessly.


Important: These updates apply only to schools that have contacted Ilan Puterman regarding issues with mobile app sign-in.


Account Creation on Mobile App


When creating an account through the Club Hub mobile app, students will be prompted to either:


  • Set up their account using a password, or
  • Open Club Hub in their phone’s browser to complete the account creation.


Once the account is created, they can return to the app and log in as usual.




Logging In on Mobile App


  • If the account was created with a password, they can log in by entering their password or selecting the "Recover Password" option.
  • If the account was created using Google or Microsoft, students will receive a one-time code via email. They simply need to copy and paste the code into the Club Hub app to log in. This process is secure and widely used by many applications.
