Public Clubs Page for Parents
Your school can create and share a public version of the Club Hub clubs page with parents and prospective students. There is a new calendar view so parents can see when clubs usually meet. You can also optionally display the usual meeting location and time. Additionally, you can embed the public clubs page on your school’s website.

Set Up
On Club Hub, select settings and go to school settings. You will see the following question: "Do you want to create a public page with all the clubs at your school? You can share this with parents and prospective students."
Once you turn this on you will see a link to access and share the public page: https://clubhub.co/clubs/[school-name]
Privacy Note:
We take privacy very seriously. All data connected to your clubs and students is always private and can't be accessed by anyone outside of your school. When you enable the public clubs page, we have to make certain fields public; however, none of this is sensitive information.
Public Data: Club Name, Logo, Description, Category, Usual Meeting Day, Faculty Advisor
All student data including their name and email are kept private regardless of the settings.
Optional: you can also choose to make the club's usual meeting time and location public in the same settings section by selecting yes for "Do you want the public clubs page to include the usual meeting day and location?"

Sync All Clubs
You can sync all clubs by going to the page with all your clubs, clicking on the button with three dots to the right of the search bar, and selecting "Sync Public Page"

Get Notified when a club's settings are changed
You can set Club Hub to notify yourself when a club's settings are updated so you know when to sync it. To turn this on go to the settings, select personal settings, and check off yes for the following question:

Embed Public Club's Page
You can embed Club Hub's public page with all your school clubs onto you school's website by sharing a piece of code with your school's tech/website admin.
