Message All Club Leaders

As an administrator, you can send a message to all the club leaders in your school. Students will receive an email notification about the announcement and can view it on Club Hub's announcements page.

To send an announcement to all club leaders, go to the announcements page, click make announcement then "select to make announcement to group." In the dropdown choose Club Leaders.

Message Club Leaders in One Club

Any administrator, faculty, or student can select a club and ask a question for the Club Leaders. The Club Leaders will receive an email notification about the question. The person who asks the question will be CC'd, and the Club Leader(s) can respond to answer the question. Also, the faculty advisor will be CC'd.

To do this, go to a club's page. On the top right corner click on the button with the three dots. Then click "contact club leaders"
