Club Fair Join QR Codes Here is the information for administrators to access the join QR Codes for the club before the club fair. There are two options: Administrator Download All As an administrator, you can go to the club's page. You will see a button with three dots to the right of the search bar. Click on it, and you will see the option to download all club fair QR codes. You can then open the downloaded file and print all the QR codes. It is incredibly helpful for the college and academic advisors to view their students' involvement in clubs during their four years in high school. Advisors can encourage freshmen to join more clubs. We've made several improvements to make it easier for administrators and club leaders to add members, club leaders, and faculty advisors to their clubs. Viewing Invitations When an invitation gets sent to a user, they will be notified via email. They will also see the invitation on their Club Hub dashboard, and on the clubs page under the "My Clubs" section. Invite Options There are several ways to invite users to your club. Your school can create and share a public version of the Club Hub clubs page with parents and prospective students. There is a new calendar view so parents can see when clubs usually meet. You can also optionally display the usual meeting location and time. Additionally, you can embed the public clubs page on your school’s website. Students will receive an email notification about the announcement and can view it on Club Hub's announcements page. Inviting users is how administrators get all the students and faculty in your school to use Club Hub. All users can now be invited from one place. From your administrator dashboard, select the "Users" page. Then on the top right corner click on "Invite User." Many schools give their clubs an annual budget, enable club leaders to request funding for specific initiatives, or allow club members to fundraise from the community. With Club Hub you can now track the flow of cash by seeing how much money a club is given to spend and how they spend the money. Club Hub's bookkeeping feature is just a reporting mechanism so that yourself and the club leaders can easily understand the club's use of funds. We do not handle actual money from clubs. If you want to refresh the member roster for a club at the start of the year you can now remove all club members with one click. Select a club and click on the three dots in the top right corner. Select "Remove all students" If the club requires new members to be approved by club leaders before joining, then you will have an additional option before confirming that you want to remove all student members.
